TRACK YOUR ORDER

For orders going via Standard trackable or Express, you will receive a tracking link in order to be able to track your parcel via email. To track an order going via our Standard non-trackable service you will need to phone our customer service team.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. More information.

SPECIAL LOCATIONS

Packages destined for non-continental US locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam) may take slightly longer to deliver due to their remote geographic location. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible, however please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
