After placing your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will get two emails: 1) The first email, will confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed; 2) The second email tells you that the processing of the order is complete, it is being prepared to ship and will include any relevant tracking information.
If you have not provided us with your email address, you may call 888-444-9073 at any time and we will be happy to give you any relevant tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United States and will arrive 7-10 business days from order date. Please note shipping carries will vary by shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a 90-day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made directly through Lifes2good, Inc. via Viviscal.com or the Viviscal call center. Simply return the unused portion of the product within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.

 

Purchases made through third-party retailers or sellers, other than Viviscal.com or the Viviscal call center, are not eligible for this 90-day Money Back Guarantee.

 

This 90-day Money Back Guarantee is valid for the following products purchased in any quantity:

If you wish to return your Viviscal purchase, please call customer service at (888) 444-9073 within 90 days of the date the product was received to receive a return authorization code. Once you have received this you may return the product to:

Once your return has been received please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
