How do I calculate the Shipping & Handling charge for my order?

  • We base your Shipping & Handling charge on the pre-tax merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions like special offers.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all Beauty (Fragrance) products to all destinations…

  • We can only ship Beauty items to a street address.
  • Certain Beauty products are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Mexico, and overseas. Those shipping to Canada must travel by Standard Delivery.
  • You’ll receive a message during Checkout, if you’ve placed a restricted item in your Shopping Bag. We’ll prompt you to remove it or change your shipping method / address, if applicable.

When will my backordered item(s) ship?

We’ll ship your backordered item via Standard Delivery, as soon as it becomes available.  Please note, the shipment dates are an estimated date and can vary. Don’t worry though, if the date is pushed back over 30 days, we will send you an email to let you know.  If you need something faster than the estimated ship date, we’re here to help! Just call us at (800) 411-5116 or 937-438-4197 (outside the U.S.).
Remember: if you paid for your order using a Credit Card or PayPal, we WILL NOT charge your card or account for the backordered item or its part of the Total Shipping & Handling, until we ship it to you. If you paid using a Gift Card or eGift Card,  we WILL deduct the full order amount, including any backordered items, from your Gift Card balance when you place your order.

If you’re an International customer using eShopWorld: We’ll bill you for your full order amount, including any backordered items, when you place your order.
You can always click here or on the Order Status link at the bottom of any page on our website to view the estimated ship date for your specific item.

Why am I paying tax on Shipping & Handling?

  • We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling, where it applies, and pay it to the state to which we’ve shipped your merchandise. It’s a State Tax regulation.

Waiting for a backordered color or size?

Some things in life are worth the wait. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Starting with your Order Confirmation email, we’ll provide you with the approximate date we hope to send you your backordered item. We’ll ship it just as soon as it becomes available via Standard Delivery…we promise!
  • You can always click here or on the Order Status link at the bottom of any page on our website.
  • Because we ship in-stock items right away, if you have any backordered items, you’ll receive multiple shipments.
  • If paying by Credit Card or PayPal: We’ll divide your order’s Total Shipping & Handling to make sure that you’re only paying those charges for what we’ve actually shipped to you. So, for one shipment, you’ll see a single Shipping & Handling charge. For two shipments, we’ll split that single Shipping & Handling charge into two charges…and so on.
    • We WILL NOT charge your card or account for the backordered item—or its part of the Total Shipping & Handling—until we ship it to you.
  • If using a Gift Card or eGift Card: We WILL deduct the full order amount, including any backordered items, from your Gift Card balance when you place your order.
  • If you’re an International customer using eShopWorld: We’ll bill you for your full order amount, including any backordered items, when you place your order.

Can I make a change to a backordered item?

If your item has not been processed, we are able to make most changes to your backordered item. Just call  us at 800-411-5116 or 937-438-4197 (outside the U.S.) so we can help!
