International Shipping

We advise all international customers to review our shipping policy prior to purchasing. Please note, as an international customer, you may be charged customs fees, duties, or taxes by your local government. These charges are associated with the import of an item into another country and are assessed by the customs department of your home country and are completely outside of our control. Truth In Aging cannot predict, influence, or be held responsible for these charges. For further details, please refer to the “Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties for International Shipments” section below.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating your order’s tracking number. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. To track your order, please visit your selected carrier’s corresponding website:

If for any reason, you cannot locate your tracking number, feel free to contact us at customerservice@truthinaging.com. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and date of purchase.
Shipments to Hotels & Other Temporary Addresses

Traveling and want your order shipped to your hotel or any other temporary address? We’re happy to accomodate. Simply choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. This gives your order added security as it makes it’s way to you. Truth In Aging is not responsible for any lost shipments to hotels or temporary addresses and, therefore, can not offer reimbursements or replacements. All shipments sent to a hotel or temporary address are to done so at the customer’s risk.

 

Backorders

If an item you’ve ordered is currently backordered, you will be notified via email with a new estimated time of delivery.

If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, you can sign up for a notification directly on the page of the product you are interested in. Or simply email us at customerservice@truthinaging.com and we’d be happy to alert you once an item is available again!
Special Requests

If you have any special requests or comments regarding your shipment, please contact us at customerservice@truthinaging.com as soon as possible once you’ve placed your order. Be sure to include any relevant information such as order number, your full name, and date of purchase. While we’ll try our best to accommodate you, please note once an order has entered our fulfillment process, changes or special requests may not be possible.
Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties for International Shipments

If your order is shipped overseas, please note you may be charged customs fees, taxes or duties by your local government and/or postal service. These charges are associated with the import of an item into another country and are assessed by the customs department of your home country and are completely outside of our control. Unfortunately, Truth In Aging may not predict, influence, nor be held responsible for these charges.

If you do not wish to pay the additional fees associated with your order, you may refuse the package. The shipment will then be returned to our warehouse, however, please note this may take several weeks. Upon receipt of the returned order, your account will be refunded. Please note a 10% restocking fee will be applied and any paid shipping fees will not be refunded.

Any customs fees accrued will not be reimbursed for any reason by Truth In Aging, unless it is a result of our error. To learn more about customs fees, taxes or duties, please contact your local post office or international customs service.

 

Lost Packages – Domestic

If your package is lost, please contact your order’s selected shipping carrier with the tracking number you’ve received to obtain further details on the whereabouts of your order.

Lost Packages – International

While delivery times vary by region, we encourage all international customers to wait 3 weeks prior to contacting us regarding a lost/delayed international shipment. International shipments can occasionally experience slight delays while in transit due to unpredicted weather, customs clearances, or other factors out of our control. If you have not received your order and need further assistance, please contact us at customerservice@truthinaging.com.
