Domestic Shipments (US)Domestic shipments of SuperATV are shipped via UPS. A physical street address is required and we cannot ship to a PO Box. Below is a map of estimated transit times for ground shipments. SuperATV is not responsible for deviations from estimated transit times. All orders placed before 5PM EST on a standard business day (M-F) will ship out same day.


International Shipments

Canada Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Purolator. Both methods include all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees and will be delivered to the provided address. Other international orders can be shipped Fed Ex or USPS. Feel free to contact us for rates.

The SuperATV website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the placing of orders. Customer Service Representatives are available according to the schedule below.

About Customs, Duties, & TaxesWhen ordering from, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. As the importer of record, you or the party to whom you are shipping may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries that require an identification number include: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
