WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

  • We operate Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Orders are typically shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of the time they are placed.
  • Some orders may require further verification in order to begin processing and this may result in delayed shipping. Please see HOW DO WE VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT AND ADDRESS? for more information regarding possible shipping delays due verification of your information.
  • Orders placed after 12PM EST may ship out the following business day; please consider this when determining expedited shipping. Orders placed on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will typically ship out the following Monday.
  • Only orders placed with Next Day Saturday delivery on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. If Next Day Air is chosen on an order placed on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email providing your UPS tracking number when the order has shipped.
  • Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or APO boxes.

HOW DO WE VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT AND ADDRESS?

  • Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships.
  • Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity.
  • If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.
  • Orders using Paypal as the method of payment will not require additional verification.
  • If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.
  • Please note that if you need your order expedited and the billing address and shipping address do not match, contact customer service to confirm your information and have your order released.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND HOW TO USE THEM

  • To use a promotional code – simply type the promo code into the “CODE” box when checking out during your next purchase.
  • Promotional codes are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • Items purchased using a PROMOTIONAL CODE will only be eligible for a return for store credit. Purchases made using a PROMOTIONAL CODE are non-refundable.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Tiered promotions may require purhase of only items included in the promotion to achieve next tier and subsequent discount amount.
  • Promotional code price adjustments cannot be made on previous orders.
  • “Buy 1 Get 1” promos require second item to be of equal or lesser value.
  • Hermes Birkin Bags, all Vintage items, Last Call Sale merchandise and items $22 or less, will be excluded from individual personalized coupon codes, email and VIP list sign-up promotions and site wide promotions.
  • ALEXIS,  B-Low The Belt, Canada Goose, Generation Love, Iro, Iro Jeans, Monrow, PJ Salvage, Sam and Sundry are excluded from promotions.

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

  • We offer preorders to give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before it arrives to our warehouse. Placing a preorder ensures that you will get the style you want before it sells out!
  • When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order.
  • The preorder delivery date is the date we expect the item in our warehouse. Upon receipt to our warehouse we ship the item to you. This date is an estimated date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.
  • Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges may be adjusted according to the weight and/or the destination of your shipment. Please note that shipping charges may vary .   International shipping prices start at $29.95 and increase depending on the country of destination; at times the actual city within a country may also impact the price.
Shipping charges to the following destinations start at $29.95, and via express start at $39.95:

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.  There may also be additional shipping fees charged once the package arrives in your country to facilitate delivery to you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.  We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

When ordering from SINGER22.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We will ship with all the necessary paperwork legally required of us.  You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, which in turn may be communicated by the carriers to respective customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.  If the order is a gift, the package is marked “GIFT”, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.  Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED / RETURNED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The carrier will make three attempts to deliver and collect any additional funds.  If those three attempts are not successful, the package will then be considered abandoned.  If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit deducting any associated fees we were assessed to have the items returned to us.  If the package is not returned to us you will be responsible for all charges related to the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from SINGER22.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package toSINGER22.com.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit, or refund.

FOR CUSTOMERS USING AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD

In order for us to process your first order you must fax or email a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card (we suggest blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to ID@SINGER22.com or fax to 1-516-277-2642.
Orders using Paypal as the method of payment will not require additional verification.
Be sure to include your order number on all documents. We will not be able to process your order until we receive these items.  Once you are averified customer you will not need to send us the information again, however if you change your method of payment we may need to verify the new information. SINGER22.com reserves the right to approve and ship orders without receipt of the aforementioned documentation.

OUR RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

During the Holiday season (Nov 27th – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days for store credit or exchange so long as it is received by January 10th.

Most full price items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit or refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received.

Items returned after 14 days of receipt will be returned for a store credit or exchange only and may incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total at the time of your return.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days

Items purchased using a PROMOTIONAL CODE will only be eligible for a return for store credit. Purchases made using a PROMOTIONAL CODE arenon-refundable.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied.

Vintage items and FINAL SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or returned as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box.  The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified via email to the email address provided upon checkout.  Please note your banking institution may require additional time for the refund to reflect back on to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All domestic orders include a PREPAID return label. If the PREPAID return is used, a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your online store credit, or refund. The prepaid return label is optional.  You are free to use your own return services at your discretion.  We recommend using a service that you can track, and that offers insurance.

Customers returning international orders are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to SINGER22.

We cannot refund or give a store credit for duties, taxes or shipping charges on returned international orders.

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.

ONLINE STORE CREDITS AND HOW TO USE THEM

To use your store credit code – simply type the credit code into the “CODE” box when checking out during your next purchase. In order to use your store credit you MUST enter the email address associated with the credit before entering the credit code. A store credit will appear as invalid if you enter the credit code before you have entered your email address. The amount of the credit will be deducted from your order total at checkout.

Please do not forget to enter your credit card information. You will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your online store credit. Any remaining store credit can be applied on your next order following the same instructions with the same code.

GIFT CARDS AND HOW TO USE THEM

To use the Gift Card – simply type the electronic code into the “CODE” box at checkout and click “apply”; you must ensure you are including the “@” sign as the first digit.

If you have multiple Gift Card codes – simply enter one code then click apply before entering another code.

You will be required to enter credit card information when checking out, however you will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift card. Any remaining value can be used on your next order by following the same instructions. You will use the same code until the value is fully redeemed.

When a Gift Card is purchased, we will email either you or the recipient a personalized code that may be used to purchase items on our website. This is an electronic code that will be delivered by email. We recommend that you print or save a copy of the email as you will need the code to redeem the Gift Card online.

Promotion codes may not be used for the purchase of Gift Cards.

OUR VIP REWARD PROGRAM

When placing an order, you must be logged onto the SINGER22 VIP site to earn points.

VIP reward points may be used in store or online when logged into your VIP account.

Points cannot be earned on sale merchandise, clearance merchandise, vintage merchandise, or gift cards.

Points cannot be earned on previous purchases.

Points are earned on the subtotal of full price merchandise after any and all discounts are applied.

Points cannot be earned on shipping, tax, or other fees.

VIP reward codes are generated 14 business days after your point balance has reached 500.

Points are not transferable, saleable, or redeemable for cash.

Points earned on merchandise that is returned will be deducted from total points earned.

SINGER22 is not responsible for lost or stolen VIP reward codes.

We may at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate the  VIP Program at any time without prior notice.

MINORS & FAMILY MEMBERS:

SINGER22.com does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors.

Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us.

If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

If a minor makes a purchase with their parents’ credit card without authorization, SINGER22.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder’s authorization, SINGER22.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns.

The card holder must dispute the charge with their credit card company or with the family member who placed the order, and take any necessary precautions so that this will not happen. There are no exceptions.
