Saturday delivery (order before 9am on Friday) – £7.95EUROPE

USA
Orders under £1000 – £23.00
Orders over £1000 – FREE

REST OF WORLD
Orders under £1000 – £30.00

All orders, both UK and International are shipped via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery of all goods shipped. Each purchase is insured by us during it’s time in transit, until it is delivered to you. You can track your parcel by emailing us your order number and we can track it for you or email you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel on the DHL website: www.dhl.com.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.

In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and are therefore treated individually.

DUTY & TAXES
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn’t been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
