Can I get the item(s) faster? (Express Overnight, etc.)   We offer 2 Day service and Next Day Air service, but these orders are
still subject to the 1-2 business day processing ahead of shipping. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?   Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes via United States Postal Service. How do I check the status of my order?

If you’ve ordered online, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account, and selecting your previous orders. In the order, you will see a general status of whether it is being processed, charged, packed or shipped with a tracking number.

You can also get more detailed information on your order status by contacting our Fitness Advisors at 1-800-535-9858, Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm Pacific, or on the weekend between 8am and 4pm Pacific.

How long does it take to receive an order?   Primal Muscle products are shipped via ground delivery can take up to 14 days. You can upgrade shipping to 2 Day as well as Next Day Air. Orders placed before 12 Noon Pacific time, 3 PM Eastern time usually ship same day. Orders placed after 12 Noon Pacific time, 3 PM Eastern time will ship on the following business day. No orders ship on Saturday or Sunday.

When selecting 2 Day shipping or Next Day Air shipping please note orders placed after 12 Noon Pacific Time, 3 PM Eastern time will not ship same day, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and then be shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 12 Noon Pacific time, 3 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 12 Noon Pacific time, 3 PM Eastern Friday will be shipped the next, non-holiday business day. No orders ship on Saturday or Sunday. How much does it cost to get my order delivered?   Shipping & handling starts at $14.99. Larger orders are subject to higher shipping fees due to changes in weight.Which carriers are available to ship my order?   We ship all orders either UPS or USPS. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?   Please contact us immediately at 1-800-535-9858 to get the current status of your order.
