When will your order ship?

We understand that your order may be time sensitive – that’s why we promise to ship your order as quickly as possible. Use the information below to calculate when your order will ship.

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday ship the next business day
  • All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday

Need your order for a time-sensitive special event?

If you need your order for a special event, we are happy to accomodate you. Please contact us to inform us of any special needs. When checking out, please include your “date needed” in the comments box on your order. 

Where do orders ship from?

We ship from multiple warehouses across the country. Items ship from warehouses in either Michigan, Illinois or Massachussets. Orders containing multiple items may ship from multiple warehouses for efficiency.

Tracking Information & Shipment Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is on it’s way. Tracking information is always available for your order.

When will you receive your order?

Shipment time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Ground shipping can take up to 5 days in transit. Expedited shipping can take up to 3 days in transit.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship vie UPS or FedEx. Ground and Expedited options are available. Upon shipment, you will be sent an email including your shipment carrier and package tracking number(s).

Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a mistake was made on our part when filling your order.

Please be sure to contact us with any product questions you have before placing your order.

If an error was made on your order and you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Complete the form provided giving us a descriptive explanation of the problem with the order. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your return status.
