How soon will I get my order? Delivery date estimates.

Estimated Delivey Date


All delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. The orders ship out via UPS, mostly the same day but within 48 hours, from our nearest warehouse stocking the part. Generally your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays. The estimated delivery date can be found on the Secure Checkout page.

To view the Estimated Delivery Date on the Check Out page for your order log onto oreillyauto.com then:

  • Select a store in the desired delivery area from the STORE LOCATOR and enter the part number in the SEARCH BOX.
  • When the part displays on the screen, click on the ADD TO CART button by the part.
  • Then click on your SHOPPING CART in the upper right of the screen.
  • When your SHOPPING CART page displays, click on the SECURED CHECK OUT
  • Without filling in any of the boxes, scroll down to #5 to view the SHIPPING METHODshowing the estimated delivery date.

The web site delivery estimate provided at time of check out and payment will be a most current estimate calculated by the system factoring in shipping cut off times. The UPS delivery estimate included in the order confirmation email with the tracking number will be the most accurate.

Where do I find my order UPS tracking number?

Simply log in and go to “My Account Info” and then view “Shipped Orders.” Select the order you wish to track to receive tracking information and details, including when and where your package was last scanned. The order tracking number is also included in the order confirmation email sent when your order ships.

Can I have parts shipped to a P.O. Box?

Currently all shipping from OReillyAuto.com is done through UPS, which does not deliver to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you will be given the opportunity to enter a different zip code or shipping address during the checkout process.

Can I ship my order to an international address? Can I pay with an international credit card?

Oreillyauto.com ships only to locations within the 50 United States. Shipment to international addresses is not offered, including Canada and Mexico.
International Credit Cards are not accepted on oreillyauto.com. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards issued by a U.S Bank or Credit Card Company with a U.S. Billing Address.

How will my order be shipped?

All OReillyAuto.com orders normally process within 2 days, then are currently shipped via UPS, with the option of Standard UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping excluding Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please note that your order may come in multiple packages from more than one location, depending on the size of your order.

Security of deliveries becomes the responsibility of the customer once the order reaches the addressed location as indicated in UPS Tracking. Neither UPS nor O’Reilly Auto is responsible to replace or refund product that is missing or stolen from the delivery location.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

You can qualify for free ground shipping on most orders totaling $75 or more, excluding any core charges. This offer excludes all items or orders which require special handling or are considered oversized. You will be notified on our search result page and/or on our shopping cart pages which items do not qualify for free shipping. This offer excludes all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Only online orders shipped via regular ground service are eligible for free shipping. This offer does not apply to next day or second day air shipping options, nor will it make orders eligible for discounts on next day and second day air shipping. This offer is limited to in-stock items offered for sale on OReillyAuto.com. O’Reilly Auto Parts reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time without notice. NOTE: OReillyAuto.com only ships orders within the U.S.

How are shipping rates determined?

Shipping rates are determined based upon the estimated package size and weight of the items based upon UPS shipping guidelines. O’Reilly Auto Parts does not charge any additional handling fees or surcharges.

My Delivery is missing, what should I do?


First, check the UPS Tracking number for the delivery location. Your tracking number is found on your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into oreillyauto.com and go to “My Account Info” and then view “Shipped Orders”. Once you have confirmed the delivery was completed by UPS, check with others in your household about the package. Be sure to look behind any bushes or furniture near the delivery location also check with your neighbors.

If you still haven’t located the package, filing a report with your local police for stolen property is always a good idea. You may want to contact your Home Owners Insurance about any coverage.

Next, contact O’Reilly Internet Order Support by phone, chat or email. We will note on the order record that the delivered package is missing or possibly stolen from the location and file a Missing Package Report on your behalf with UPS.
However, this does not guarantee your order will be replaced or refunded. Please understand O’Reillys is not responsible to replace or refund any order that shows to be delivered in UPS Tracking. The security of deliveries becomes the responsibility of the customer once the order reaches the addressed location. Neither UPS nor O’Reilly is responsible to replace product that is missing or stolen from the delivery location. Only after UPS investigates and accepts the claim as miss-delivered can a refund be considered. If UPS validates the delivery was completed as indicated, no reimbursement will be issued.

Can I ship my order to an APO/FPO address?

O’Reilly Auto Parts does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses or to any of the U.S. Territories by USPS or other carriers. We are currently monitoring the requests for the the service for future consideration. Please check back with us in the future.
