How do you ship my orders?
PLEASE NOTE: We only ship Nationwide – in the United States. Most products ship with UPS rates and standard UPS delivery options. In addition to standard UPS rates, there is a minimal packaging fee. This fee varies from product to product and is based on the fragility of the product. When viewing a product, click on the ‘Shipping Info’ button for the associated packaging fee.

Orders that are placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time on weekdays and 11:00am Eastern Time on Fridays and Holiday eves, are shipped the next business day. We do not guarantee delivery on orders that are to be shipped Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select. Please ensure that you order before the cutoff time so that your order will be shipped on time.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS Does not handle or deliver packages on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).

Local Shipping

Local orders are almost always hand delivered by Oh! Nuts delivery personnel usually on the same day. Local orders are determined by distance and select zip codes within close proximity to the 4 Oh! Nuts retail locations.

Most local deliveries carry a $10.00 flat-fee for the entire shipment. However, we do reserve the right to adjust delivery fees if the chosen location is far. Please review the accompanying list of zip codes to see if you can take advantage of this special service. If you are unsure about any location, feel free to contact our stores to find out exact delivery rates.

Orders returned or misrouted due to errors on the part of Oh! Nuts will receive a full credit or, will be re-shipped by customer request. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided will not be honored. Furthermore, Oh! Nuts will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to Oh! Nuts by the shipping carrier. Unless paid for, returned gift arrangements will not be re-shipped.

Please make every effort to verify and provide us with the correct delivery address including correct zip code and apartment numbers, prior to placing your order.

Oh! Nuts will extend to our customers the same guarantees offered by the shipping carriers. Oh! Nuts will not honor claims for late delivery that are not guaranteed by the carrier – this includes but not limited to shipments delayed due to severe weather conditions.

Overnight and Two-Day Air shipments to remote delivery areas are not guaranteed. You will be notified if your order falls into the above categories. Valid claims for late delivery will be reimbursed for shipping charges only. Not all shipping methods are guaranteed and the shipping carriers reserve the right to suspend shipping guarantees during peak periods. Oh! Nuts will use its best efforts to notify you of such changes should they occur.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or to an APO?
No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or to APO military bases, since UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APOaddresses. Please provide a valid street address.

Do you ship international?
No, at this time, we do not ship internationally – only in the United States.

Do you charge extra for shipping?
Yes, we do have an extra shipping charge. The prices vary according to location.

Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, anyone in the Tri-State area can place an order by phone for pickup at one of our stores, located in BoroughPark, Flatbush, Long Island or Monsey. Note: Online ordering is not included in this option. To place an order for pickup, please call customer service at 888-664-6887.
