Shipping Charges

Your total shipping charges are calculated based on the following:

  • Shipping method
  • Subtotal amount before any discounts or Kohl’s Cash/Rewards are applied
  • Any applicable surcharges

Special shipping promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges.  Surcharges still apply and are listed on the product page, in the shopping bag and during the checkout process. Why didn’t I get free shipping?

Kiosk Orders: If you are ordering from an in-store kiosk, the Standard Ground shipping is free.

Orders placed after 1pm (Central Time) will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Multiple Packages (Partial Shipments)
Please note that we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment we send you. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to certain shipping restrictions, not all Kohls.com merchandise can be shipped via our Priority Air Service or sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or APO/FPO military addresses. For APO/FPO product and zip code restrictions, please click here (See pages 46-50).

Alaska and Hawaii Customers: Due to air transport safety regulations, certain items (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray and nail polish) that contain regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.  This is usually identified on the product details page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. You can also get order details and tracking information from Kohls.com.

Registered Customers:
1. Navigate to and click on “Order Status”.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password for your Kohls.com Shopping Account and click “Sign In”.
3. A list of your order numbers will appear. Click on the order number you wish to track.
4. The items in your order will be listed, along with their tracking number (some orders may have multiple boxes with their own separate tracking numbers). Click on the tracking number.

Unregistered Customers:
1. Navigate to and click on “Order Status”.
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code. Click “Continue”.
3. The items in your order will be listed, along with their tracking number (some orders may have multiple boxes with their own separate tracking numbers). Click on the tracking number.


Tracking APO/FPO Orders
If you are a registered Kohls.com shopper, you can use order history & tracking to track your APO/FPO order within the U.S. (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier’s website and your tracking number to track your order within the U.S.) Standard and customary practices for delivery to your location will take effect beyond U.S. borders.

Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries.

International Shipping

You can choose to use MyUS.com for shipping to international addresses.

MyUS.com is an international package consolidation company that will provide you with a U.S. shipping address for your Kohls.com order. Kohl’s ships your order to your MyUS.com address, and MyUS.com verifies your order and ships it to your international destination.

Use MyUS.com’s Personal Shopper service to make a purchase from Kohls.com. MyUS.com accepts cards with international billing addresses as well as those issued by non-U.S. financial institutions.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

We do not currently ship to international destinations directly; however, we do ship to all APO/FPO addresses. To place an order at Kohls.com, your billing address must be within the U.S.  This includes Alaska, Hawaii and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

*International shipping is not available for Wayfair products.

Shipping Address Help

To select your shipping address: Click “Use this address” under your preferred shipping address for your current order. The selected address will have a box around it and say “Selected Address” at the bottom. Can I pick up my order at my local store?

City Abbreviations
If your city name has an abbreviation, you may need to spell out the city name in order for our system to recognize it. For example, enter “St. Louis” as “Saint Louis” (S-A-I-N-T), instead of the abbreviation (St.).

Additional examples:
Mt. = Mount
Ft. = Fort

Registered customers: When checking out as a registered customer, all the shipping addresses in your shopping account will appear as shipping options. You also have the option to add a shipping address.

Order Confirmation Emails

Can I print out my order confirmation?

After you place an order on Kohls.com, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order that can be printed on your home computer.

If you placed your order on a Kiosk at a Kohl’s store, you will have the oppurtunity to print a confirmation of your order at the Kiosk.


What is an order confirmation?

The order confirmation page provides you with a complete record of your order, including descriptions, specifications, quantities and prices for each item ordered. It also includes shipping address(es) and method(s), billing address and payment information.

Remember, the order confirmation page is used for future reference purposes only. It is NOT your receipt.


Can the order confirmation page be my receipt?

The order confirmation page is NOT your receipt. Your receipt (packing slip) will accompany your order, unless you’ve specified an item as a gift. If your order includes a gift item, its package will include a gift receipt.

To print your packing slip from your Kohls.com shopping account:

  1. Sign in here.
  2. Under your name at the top of the page, click “Account” and select “Purchase History” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Order/Receipt #.
  4. Under “Items shipped”, you will find a printer icon next to each tracking number. To print the packing slip for that specific package, click “Packing Slip/Receipt”.

What should I do if I did not receive my order-confirmation email?

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you can view your order details by signing into your shopping account here.

If you don’t have a shopping account, you can obtain your order details by entering your order number and billing ZIP code here.
