DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The following shipping and handling rates apply to most orders. These rates may differ for large quantity orders or heavy products. HOW SHIPPING PRICES ARE DETERMINED

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.  Domestic shipping prices within the contiguous US are determined by the price of your order.  If your order total before shipping is $65.00- they your Standard shipping is $8.99 based on the above shipping price chart.

If you purchase item(s) that are bulky or order multiple products, you may incur an additional shipping fee due to the overall size and/or weight of the order. These additional shipping cost if applicable are calculated after you have placed your order and communicated to you by email. Once you approve the additional shipping cost your order process is complete.

DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2 business days and will arrive up to 10 business days.

STANDARD EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Orders for in-stock items Monday-Friday before 12PM EST will ship the same day to arrive within 4-7 business days.

RUSH DELIVERY: Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm EST will ship the same day to arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders taken after 12pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the following Business Day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (NEXT BUSINESS DAY): (Business days are Monday-Friday)

For items shipped within the continental U.S:
Order placed Monday – Friday by 12pm EST will ship the same day to arrive the next business day. Orders taken after 12pm EST on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on the following Business Day.

PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We make every effort to ship to the correct shipping address. In order to accurately ship your order we ask customers to provide accurate shipping information. We are often able to correct invalid addresses during the shipping process, but we cannot guarantee this.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and valid shipping address. Any errors, omissions, or misspellings in the address should be avoided or it may cause your order to be returned.

Orders that are returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the customer will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped. If you have any questions you may contact our Customer Service Department toll free (866) 325-8045.

To verify your shipping address, you may click on the following link to use the USPS address verification tool: USPS Address Verification Tool.  If your address cannot be verified through this method, please contact us before placing your order.

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS

During the order process, customers may add comments to their orders. We cannot guarantee that comments for a special delivery request or requirement will be fulfilled by the carrier.

We reserve the right to use any of the three primary carriers to delivery orders to our customers; USPS, FedEx and UPS.

If your shipping address does not receive delivery service from any of these carriers, you may add a comment to your order informing us which carrier(s) does not serve your area. If you have any questions you may contact our Customer Service Department toll free (866) 325-8045.

ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY

The Knee Shop may ship items separately to get you your order shipped as quickly as possible. The customer will not incur any additional charge unless otherwise notified in advance.  If you place an order for overnight or rush delivery for multiple items, please let us know in the comment section of your order which item is of higher importance to you to receive overnight or rush so that you do not incur additional fees if items are being shipped separately.  The Knee Shop will send the other item(s) standard delivery at no extra cost.
DIFFERENT SHIPPING AND BILLING

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company simply call the toll free number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the alternate address to your credit card account. Listing the address with your credit card company should only take a few minutes. We recommend adding the address before placing your order; this helps us process your order more quickly.

Shipping to Your Workplace

We recommend using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits:

• Convenience: you won’t need to be at home to accept a delivery
• Privacy: helps keep gifts a secret
• Security: packages won’t be left unattended
• Safety: packages won’t be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets
• Time savings: receive packages directly and personally
• Positive environmental impact: carriers deliver to your office anyway so this saves them from driving to your home

Important Note: Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.

PACKAGE LOST OR STOLEN

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is lost or missing items, please contact our Customer Service Department toll free (866) 325-8045 or email shipping@braceshop.com. Please, reference your name and order number on the subject line of your email [RE: John Doe Order # 123456].

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES OR APO//FPO

Rush & Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders within the Contiguous US only and requires a street address. We cannot make Next Day shipments to a P.O. Box. We cannot make Rush Delivery & Next Day Delivery to APO/FPO address. Shipments to Military APO/FPO address and US territories should arrive in 3-6 weeks.

Please note that The Knee Shop is only responsible for the delivery of your order from our warehouses to the US military postal service. Once your order(s) is received by the U.S. military postal service, any events beyond our control can impact delivery to the final APO/FPO destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders (Including Canada) are shipped using one of the following three carriers; FedEx, USPS or UPS. *Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have any questions, concerning shipping, please email us or call one of our customer service representatives using our instant message service, or our toll free number at: 866-325-8045.

All customers placing orders shipping internationally, agree to pay any and all duties, taxes and fees required by the government of that country. The Knee Shop and its affiliated websites, vendors and representatives are not responsible for any of these additional charges. If you have any questions on the duties and taxes or other fees required by the destination country, please contact that country’s customs agency.

Any order shipped internationally that is refused by a customer may incur a minimum 25% restocking fee if the product is returned to us, plus additional charges to cover shipping costs and other fees imposed on The Knee Shop (if applicable). Additionally, if the product cannot be returned to our warehouse due to custom issues brought on by the customer’s refusal to pay the required fees, then the customer is solely responsible for the product, and no refund can be issued.

The Knee Shop cannot control the delivery time on any international shipment. International delivery may take from three (3) days, up to two (2) weeks to receive your product if it is held up in customs.
