Ground 3-7 Business Days Kiefer picks the carrier. Includes APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories.
2 Day 2 Business Days No shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO. Order must be placed by 3PM CDT and are delivered by 4:30PM to most addresses; by 7PM to residences. Delivery time is for weekdays only.
Overnight 1 Business Day No shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO. Order must be placed by 3PM CDT and are delivered by 3PM to most addresses. Delivery time is for weekdays only. For Saturday delivery, please contact Kiefer Customer Relations.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight and 2 Day shipping services are subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by Kiefer prior to shipment to approve any additional shipping charges. Overnight and 2 Day orders placed by 3PM CST Monday-Friday, are eligible for same day shipment.

FOB Information

Most orders ship FOB Zion, Illinois or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Damaged Truck Shipments

All truck shipments must be inspected for damage before receiving. Please note any damages on bill of lading with shipper and contact Kiefer Customer Relations* within 10 days of delivery.

International Shipping Policies

Orders delivering outside the U.S.A. will be shipped in a single shipment once all products are in stock. Kiefer will contact you prior to shipment to authorize any additional shipping charges.

Orders delivering outside the U.S.A. are subject to customs fees and import duties. Duty and taxes must be paid by the customer. If you refuse payment of these fees, you will still be charged for the cost of shipping.
