We have tried to include as much information as possible on our order and shipping process. If we have missed something, you cannot find the answer to your question, or need further clarification, please email us.

Order Processing

We ship the same day that your order is received, as long as your order is received by 2pm MST. If we receive your order after 2pm, we will do our best to still get it shipped the same day. However, due to carrier pick up times, we cannot guarantee this.

If we cannot get your order out the same day, it will be shipped the next day, unless that day is a weekend. Our warehouse in not open in the weekends.

 Shipping Timelines

We ship USPS Priority mail to the Contenental US. USPS priority mail should take 2 to 3 days. However, we are not resonsible for USPS delays.

We ship large orders by Fed Ex 2 day or overnight depending on the size of the order and customer requirements. fed-ex.jpg


We ship to Canada by USPS international. Shipping to Canada can take up to 18 business days. This is due to delays in Canadian Customs. (“Business days” meanspriority-mail-international.jpg Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) You will receive a tracking number which can be tracked using Canada Post.

Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We are proud to offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at no additional charge.

Overseas Orders

We ship orders overseas by USPS International. Shipping times will very depending on your location. if you need an estimate on the shipping time, please contact us

Overseas shipping is a flat rate of $10 for small orders. If you are placing a large order, or the shipping costs for your order would go over $10, we will contact you. On these orders, we split the shipping costs with you. For example, if the total shipping for your order comes to $30, your shipping costs will be $15.

If You Receive The Wrong Item

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via our Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.

Damage In Shipping

If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact our Customer Service Center and we will gladly send you a replacement.

Real-Time Online Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and a link to available real-time online order tracking. This link will also appear on your order status page.

Weekend And Holiday Deliveries

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Some areas of the country do not get delivery by USPS or Fed Ex on weekends.
