Giglio ships worldwide, only with prestigious couriers. Courier selection depends on client destination country and parcel weight. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or personal mailboxes.

We ship to Russia with the courier EMS. This mean that due to import restrictions of Russian Custom, a delay may occur on delivery.

Giglio can ship to alternative or 3rd address, but in the same country of client. However, this always requires that you are a previous customer already.

We remind first–time Clients that Giglio will request that address delivery of first order must match with Client credit card billing address.

Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order, so we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses.

Giglio reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that it feel may be suspect.

As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item in Euro. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.

By default, product prices published on this Site are Italian VAT not included until you proceed to check-out with your order. The VAT are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Please note that Italian VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the European Community. Order dispatched outside EU are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) – Inside European Community
Shipments in the European Economic Community calculate import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes within the price published on the web site.
There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
(Ue countries includes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.)

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Outside European Community
Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax, but are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

Orders are shipped from Giglio in Italy, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., local time. Orders placed from Friday evening until Monday morning will be processed on Monday morning. Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped on the first weekday after order placement. Credit Cards are debited the date of shipment.

Shipment fees:

We ship for free worldwide any order more than euro 500,00. For orders up to euro 499,99 th shipping fee are:

  • Italy, Germany, Austria and United Kingdom: Free Delivery within about 4/6 business days of shipment.
  • EU Countries: Euro 21.50 Delivery within about 4/6 business days of shipment.
  • European Countries extra EU : Euro 21.50 (+DDU) Delivery within about 4/6 business days of shipment
  • Outside of Europe: Euro 50.00 Delivery within about 4/6 business days.

(Malta, Cyprus and some other locations may have shipping fee like Outside of Europe)

We remind first–time Clients that Giglio will request our bank to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

Shipments outside of the European Economic Community are exempt VAT (Italian Value Added Tax) BUT ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Giglio shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.

Upon delivery, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise. Giglio boxes are carefully packaged in white strong paper box with official Giglio.com logotype printed on the side and official Giglio adhesive tape around the entire box.

For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local Courier Office and contact Giglio at customercare@giglio.com .

If for any reason, an order from Giglio is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
