Elitejewels.com strives to depart most orders from our facility within 1-3 business days (excluding Rings and Specialty Products.) From this point, your order is estimated to arrive at your destination within 2 – 5 business days. In instances where your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email and informed of reason for the delay.

Elite Jewels offers you the option of FedEx Express shipping. Packages arrive within 1 – 3 business days (excluding Rings and Specialty Products.) Express shipping is available to all Continental US and Canadian customers.
