Free Shipping & Fine Print:® requires that you spend a minimum of $99 (after discounts) to earn free shipping, otherwise minimum shipping charges apply. Certain items cannot ship for free due to size, weight, or composition restrictions. These items will be marked as “Discount Shipping Only” or “Special Handling” in your shopping cart. Free shipping over $99 is from our Windsor, CT warehouse and shipping charges and free shipping minimums are different depending on the shipping warehouse within our network.

Please note the amount of the shipping charge or core charges cannot qualify you for free shipping credits. The total of your items less core charges, discounts, credits, and rebates, must be more than the specified free shipping minimum for your shipping location to earn any discount on shipping.

Shipping Weight:

All parts sold by® are weighed and measured by the manufacturer and® to ensure accurate item weight.® will automatically weigh the items you added to your Cart and display your cart’s total weight under the Order Total header. The Order Total will display the Item Subtotal, the Shipping Cost, and the Total weight in parenthesis below the Shipping Cost. An item’s weight is generally its gross weight, however sometimes large items are also assigned a dimensional weight to account for the space it will take up in the shipping vehicle.

Special Handling Items:

Certain items on our web site do not qualify for free shipping due to size (dimensions) or total weight restrictions. Additionally some items have restrictions on how and where they can be shipped. Items with special handling properties will be marked as such when they are placed in your cart.

Discount Shipping Only:

Certain items on our web site do not qualify for free shipping due to size (dimensions) or total weight restrictions. Orders that contain items marked “Discount Shipping Only” will always have a shipping charge.

Expected Ship Date:

Shipping estimates are in business days. Typically Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year’s Eve) do not count as business days. The one exception to this is when your package is shipping via FedEx® Home Delivery. The home delivery service delivers Tuesday through Saturday so Monday is not considered a business day for the FedEx Home Delivery service.

Please note that all shipping guarantees begin on the date of shipment from the origination warehouse of your items. Your estimated ship date appears multiple times as you add items to your cart, in your shopping cart itself, as you check out, and on your order confirmation emails.® frequently exceeds our shipping estimates; however delays may occur in shipping your items. All orders for “In Stock” parts received before 5 PM EDT Monday – Friday will ship same business day from our Windsor, CT warehouse. All orders for “In Stock” parts received after 5 PM EDT Monday – Friday will ship the next business day.

Available Shipping Options:

Please refer to Available Shipping Options in your Shopping Cart to see the customized cost associated with each shipping method, and the Shipping Cost and Shipping Credit lines under Order Total to see details of the order weight, cost, and FREE shipping credits earned.

  • Economy (5-9 Business Days) – When you select Economy shipping that means you’re giving us permission to use the most economic shipping method available to ship your pacakges. Some of the shipping methods that are used are SLOW and may not provide great tracking information. For faster guaranteed service upgrade your shipping option to one of the options below.
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-9 Business Days) – This option is available to most shipments to the domestic United States and territories including customers in Alaska, Hawaii, APO, & Puerto Rico. These shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail for APO and Puerto Rico.
  • UPS® or FedEx® Ground (1-6 Business Days) – Sent using either FedEx Ground (typically commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (typically residential addresses).
  • UPS® 3-day or FedEx® Express (3 Business Days) – Sent using FedEx Express Saver. Guaranteed to arrive by 4:30 PM on the 3rd business day from the date of your shipment. If you live on the West Coast and you need to ensure that your package arrives in three business days or less, this is the option for you.

  • UPS® 2-day or FedEx® 2nd Day (2 Business Days) – Sent using FedEx 2-Day Express. Guaranteed to arrive by 4:30 PM local time on the second business day from the date of your shipment.
  • UPS® 1-day Saver or FedEx® Overnight Economy (1 Business Day) – Sent using FedEx Standard Overnight. Guaranteed to arrive by 4:30 PM local time next business day from the date of your shipment.
  • Canada Direct (5-10 Business Days) –® is a non-resident importer direct to Canada. This FedEx ground shipping method is an “all inclusive” price for shipping. The “Shipping Cost” shown at checkout includes: shipping charges, taxes including import tariffs and HST/GST, and brokerage. No additional fees will be due to receive your package. The time in transit is extended because packages are consolidated into a single shipment to Toronto, Ontario weekly. Once in Toronto, packages are sorted into the domestic Canadian ground transit system. Once your package arrives in Toronto and clears Canadian customs, expect 1-6 business days for delivery. This service eliminates the need to ship to a third party who re-ships your packages. We can ship directly to Canadian customers for little to no additional fees with a little extra wait. Please note that the tracking number associated with Canada Direct shipments will not be updated until it is scanned in Toronto.
  • USPS Priority Mail International (4-20 Business Days) – USPS International First Class Mail, USPS International Priority Mail. This class of service is generally most economical for lightweight shipments. This shipment price does not include brokerage or taxes (HST/GST) when applicable.
  • UPS® Worldwide Expedited or FedEx® Economy (3-5 Business Days) – This service typically takes 3-5 business days from day of shipment and depends on the destination country. This shipment price does not include brokerage or taxes when applicable.
  • UPS® Worldwide Saver or FedEx® Priority (2-3 Business Days) – This service typically takes 2-3 business days from day of shipment and depends on the destination country. This shipment price does not include brokerage or taxes when applicable.
  • Customer Pick-up FREE – Customers within a certain radius of Windsor, CT will be given an option to pick up their order at our distribution center. When customer pickup is selected all customer are assessed Connecticut state sales tax. This is the law and it cannot be waived unless we have a sales and use tax exemption certificate on file.
  • Delivery – Selected customer accounts have a delivery option available. Deliveries are guaranteed within 24 hours for all in stock parts and there is a delivery fee.
  • Customer Arranged Shipping or Pickup – Certain large or oversized items must have special shipping arranged by the customer. Typically these items are picked up or shipped by the customer because there is significant cost to ship them or there is a significantly greater risk of damage. In these instances® prefers that the customer assumes responsibility for their safe arrival at your chosen destination.

Ship By Dates:® attempts to calculate an accurate date for both the date your items will ship and the date your items should arrive. These dates are not a guarantee but generally we exceed our estimates more than 70% of the time and meet our estimates 95% of the time. In those instances where we may fall short we’ll do everything we can to make sure you receive your parts in a timely fashion.

Partial Shipments for Orders Containing Back Ordered Items:

Occasionally an item you purchase from® may be temporarily back-ordered. If an item in your cart is back-ordered,® will hold your order until we can ship your complete order, including the back-ordered item. Please allow 2-7 business days for most back ordered items. If an item is significantly delayed,® can ship a partial order at our discretion within a reasonable amount of time.

For International customers, all items will be held until your complete order is ready. This helps you avoid additional tariffs and fees to receive your parts.

Guaranteed Services:

If FedEx® fails to meet their service commitment,® will refund your shipping fees upon request. Please be aware that there may be many reasons outside of®’s and FedEx®’s control that may not qualify you for a refund of shipping fees. Ground, international, and free shipping services from® will never qualify for a refund of shipping fees.

Shipments to PO Box, APO Addresses, & Puerto Rico:

If your shipping address is a PO Box, APO, or Puerto Rico address, then all shipments to your address will be sent using USPS Priority Mail. This is typically a 3-8 business day service that allows us to ensure reliable delivery of your items. Please note that in some rare circumstances extensive delays may occur.

International Fees:

International customers may be responsible for additional brokerage, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees beyond the shipping fee that was charged at checkout.® is not responsible for additional fees that you may need to pay to receive your shipment. If you decide not to pay these fees and packages are returned to then all of the initial shipping and return shipping charges will be withheld from your refund.

Orders Held For a Fraud Screening:

At any time, and with or without notification, we may decide hold to your items for additional security screening. When this occurs, you will be notified in checkout, by email, or directly contacted by a member of our customer service team for further identity verification.
