We provide various shipping methods. Please refer to the Shipping & Terms tab on each product page for a description of the standard shipping method that is available for that particular item.

Standard and Express Delivery:

  • Most merchandise can be delivered by package carriers such as UPS (United Parcel Service), Federal Express, or USPS (United States Postal Service). These carriers deliver your merchandise directly to your door.

UPS Mail Innovations:

  • This service is a combination of UPS and USPS shipping. Packages can be tracked at
  • UPS handles the delivery up to the point in which the package is delivered to your local Post Office and tracking indicates “Shipment Acceptance”. – Your package will then be delivered to you by the local USPS driver.

Large-Item Delivery:

  • Contracted freight carriers deliver merchandise that is too large or too heavy to ship via package carriers. Contracted freight carriers telephone you when your merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up a delivery appointment. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of checkout. Examples of these types of delivery include:

Curbside Delivery:

  • Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include setup or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The carrier will call you to set up appointment.

Threshold Delivery:

  • Standard shipping via common carrier threshold delivery will be made beyond the main entrance of the home or the garage, so as not to impede the doorway or entry way, signature required. The carrier will call you to set up appointment.

White-Glove Delivery:

  • Our White Glove carriers deliver merchandise that requires special handling or setup. Delivery includes in-home setup and removal of packing materials. Carrier will call to set up appointment.

The products sold on are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  The Costco Wholesale warehouse locations are not able to accept these shipments and picking up the products from the manufacturer or vendor is not an option.

The products must be shipped to your home or business address. currently offers shipping in the United States only.  We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, Costco Warehouses, international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S.

If a product is available for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii there will be additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you at time of checkout.

For orders where carrier tracking is available:

  • Click on the ‘Order Status’ button (at the top of the home page) and sign in by supplying your email address and password.
  • Click on the order number you wish to track.
  • Look for the “Track” link located under the ‘Shipping Status’ heading.
  • Click on the tracking number to be directed to the carrier’s website to track your shipment.

For specific shipping time frame on the item you purchased, please refer to the product page of the item you ordered, or refer to the order confirmation email you received. You will find the estimated delivery time information directly below the product price summary

Every product on has an estimated time of delivery. You will find this estimated shipping information at the bottom of the webpage showing the picture of the product.

If you have already placed your order, you will find the estimated shipping information on your order confirmation receipt e-mail, directly below your product price and line total.  When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address with tracking information.  Please note, upon tracking your order, the delivery company’s website will provide an estimated delivery date.

Occasionally an item you have ordered may be “Backordered” this means that the item ordered may have an extended expected ship date or a different expected shipping time frame.  For example: This product is backordered, and is expected to ship on 00/00/2015 or this product is backordered, and is expected to ship between (Date) and (Date).   If your item is on Backorder please refer to the shipping information you received on your order confirmation receipt e-mail with the estimated shipping information.

You may also track your order from the homepage of our website at Click on Order Status, sign-in by supplying your e-mail address and password, then click show order detail on the order number you want to track.

Many items on are available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

When choosing or entering an AK, HI or PR Ship To Address, shipping methods will automatically be revised to the level of service required for these destinations.

Additional shipping and handling fees will be incurred which will be quoted to you at the time of checkout.

Not all products sold on can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to shipping limitations. Please review the Shipping & Terms tab on the product page to see if shipping is available for a specific item.

Your tire order will arrive at your selected warehouse in approximately 5-10 business days from the time of your order.  You will be notified by phone when your tires arrive at the warehouse and are ready for installation.

For Alaska and Hawaii orders, the estimated delivery timeframe will be approximately 10-20 business days from the time of your order.

An Installation charge of $14.00 per tire is included in the quoted price.

This includes: Mounting, Lifetime Balancing, Lifetime Rotation, Lifetime Flat Repair, Lifetime Air Pressure Checks, New Rubber Valve Stem, & Costco Wholesales Road Hazard Warranty.

Extraordinary Delivery Requirements

Extraordinary Delivery Fees may be required if circumstances arise that require additional measures to complete delivery.

The following are examples of possible instances that could prompt additional charges:

  • Additional stairs over 2 flights
  • Delivery outside of standard Monday – Friday 4-hour window
  • Delivery location requires use of equipment other than delivery agent’s standard mode of delivery


International Shipping Addresses and Currency

If your order was delivered “White Glove”, it will be picked up by the same means.

When the return is initiated, a carrier will be selected to retrieve your order. They will contact you within 15 days, via the delivery phone number listed on your order.


Once we have confirmed the order is picked up and in transit, we will start the credit process. When the credit for refund has been issued to your original method of payment, you will receive a computer generated confirmation email. Please allow a few business days for your card company to process the credit.

Before placing a casket order on, you must call Universal Casket Company directly at 866-458-2800, or your order will not be processed. This customer service number is staffed by qualified representatives who will be able to answer any product, shipping and delivery questions you might have.

Currently, caskets can only be purchased from and shipped to addresses in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA,  WV, WI and WY.

At this time, bill-to and ship-to addresses on orders for caskets must both be within the states listed above, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Expedited and Standard shipping are available. Expedited delivery orders must be placed by 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). A casket ordered for expedited delivery will arrive by 5 p.m. (your local time) the following day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example: if an order is placed on Monday at 11 a.m. EST, the casket will be delivered by Tuesday by 5 p.m. (your local time); however, if the order is placed on Monday at 11:01 a.m. EST, the casket will deliver by Wednesday. Expedited delivery is not available in all areas.

Caskets ordered on with Standard shipping will be delivered within three business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is placed (for exceptions see below). If your order is placed by 11:00 a.m.  Eastern Standard Time (EST), that is considered as one business day. For example, for an order placed on Monday at 11:00 a.m. EST, the casket will be delivered by Wednesday, however if the order is placed on Monday at 11:01 a.m. EST, the casket will deliver by Thursday. Standard orders will be delivered by 5 p.m. (your local time) on scheduled delivery date.

All purchases are subject to credit card approval before the order is valid.  Credit card holds or declines can delay the orders beyond the stated delivery parameters. Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

Product Shipping Type Upgrade

We are unable to make changes to the shipping type once an order has been placed.

You may wish to re-order with upgraded shipping if available on the item desired. Please refer to the ‘Shipping & Terms’ tab on the product page of our website to see if express shipping is offered on your product.

If you do re-order, you may return the previous order for a full refund or refuse delivery and contact us for a credit.

Your delivery date is automatically scheduled when you place a local Business Delivery order online.

If you would like to change the delivery date on an existing order, please call and speak with a Business Center representative.

Orders may be modified until 3pm local time on the business day prior to your scheduled delivery date.

When a Preferred Arrival Date is selected, your order will deliver on OR before the date of your choice.

To find out if an item you have selected has the Preferred Arrival Date feature enabled, please view the “Product Details” or “Shipping and Terms” tabs located on the item page.

Steps for Adding a Preferred Arrival Date:

  • Add the item of your choice to your shopping cart and proceed to your cart. Once in your cart, verify your product selections and proceed to ‘Checkout’.
  • When you proceed from your cart to the shipping page, you will be provided with a column that includes a drop down menu titled ‘Shipping Options’. In the drop down list, you will find the option to ‘Select Arrival Date’. When you click on ‘Select Arrival Date’, a small calendar icon will appear.
  • Click on the calendar to view the dates available for delivery of your selected item.
  • Please note: **Some dates are unavailable for preferred arrival.  Dates that are unavailable are due to various restrictions set forth by the vendor who ships that item.
  • Select your Preferred Arrival Date and click the ‘Accept’ button.
  • Click ‘Continue Checkout’ and proceed through order completion.

Your item will be delivered on or before the Preferred Arrival Date selected.

If you need to enter an APO / FPO address in your “Bill To” information to match the address on your credit card statement, please do so in the following manner:

Address Field 1: Army, Navy and Marines enter Unit Number and Box Number; for Ships, enter Ship Name and Hull Number; for Air Force, enter PSC Number and Box Number.

Address Field 2: You can enter optional military command or organization name.

City: Enter APO or FPO.

State: Select one of the following from the drop down box:

  • AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
  • AA – Armed Forces Americas
  • AP – Armed Forces Pacific

Zip: Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.
