Extended Holiday Return Policy until January 31, 2015

To find out the cost of shipping your order: Add it to the shopping cart by clicking the order button which will take you to your Shopping Cart page. Scroll down the page to the Shipping Calculator and type in your ship to city and zip code. Choose your shipping method and click the “Apply” button to see the cost for different methods. There are no handling charges or added fees. We do not inflate shipping charges to create artificially low prices.

Free Shipping Items: Any item with the Free Shipping will not be charged shipping to anywhere in the continental US. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses and US Territories. Expedited shipping will incur an additional shipping charge.
PLEASE NOTE CONCERNING REFUNDS ON NON DEFECTIVE FREE SHIPPING ITEMS: The customer is responsible for returning the item as well as any shipping costs we incurred in delivering the order.

Flat Shipping Items: On many items, we offer a flat rate shipping cost for shipment to anywhere in the continental United States. This flat rate applies ONLY to Ground shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, we will contact you to see when you need it and quote the chosen shipping method for your approval. Please note that flat rate shipping does not apply for shipping to Canada, HI, AK, PR or US Territories. We will contact you with the correct shipping quote.

Ground Shipping Information:

  • We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
  • When choosing Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select): Be sure to check the Availability time for the item. This is the amount of time it normally takes to process and ship the item. Then check the Estimated Delivery Date calculator, adding the processing time to the shipping time.
    Please Note: We reserve the right to ship your order by the most expeditious and cost effective method when choosing Ground Shipping, which may be UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • Remember: UPS and FedEx do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Choose USPS (if available) if you must ship to a PO Box.

USPS (US Postal Service) Shipping Information:

  • Alaska, Hawaii , US Territories and APO & FPO military Boxes. Choose USPS Priority
    US Territories include Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands Guam, Mariana Islands, Canal Zone. Delivery times vary, especially to military addresses which are longer, but are normally from 3-10 business days. Please note that not all of our products can ship USPS.

International Shipping (Outside of USA):

Everywhere Chair has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Return Policy

We offer a 30 day comfort and quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund. BE SURE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX FOR RETURNS. Return items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt of RMA, or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Please fill out the Return Request Form or call 1-828-678-9660 first for a return authorization.

Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition, with original packaging. Items returned without orginal packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Any item returned in a used condition, or abused in any way, will either be returned at customer expense or charged a auction resale fee. Some manufacturers charge a 15% restocking fee when returning merchandise. Any order over $1000 will automatically incur a 15% mandatory restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, for return of non defective merchandise. This does not apply to incorrect orders or defective merchandise. We may require a photograph of the defect or damage.
Exceptions: Personalized items cannot be returned. Due to the customized nature and the fact that the returned item could not be resold, returns on customized item will not be accepted.

Defective Products and Warranty Information

While most other online stores offer only a 30 day warranty on their products. Everywhere Chair offers a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY on most of the products we sell (exceptions are noted under the “Shipping & Warranty tab).

For the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer for any defect. If the original item is not available, we will offer a similar or better item as a replacement. If the customer would rather have a refund and not a replacement, then the customer will be responsible at their expense for returning the defective item to us for inspection. Upon inspection, we will give a full refund for the defective product and any original shipping charges.

Following this 30 day period, we will provide information and assist in exercising the manufacturer’s warranty. We may require Digital pictures of the defect and/or returning the product to us. No cash refunds will be given for the defective product after 30 days, only repair, replacement on in store credit.

Pricing and Product Description Errors:
While we try to publish accurate and up to date information, sometimes there are errors in pricing or product description. We understand that your purchase is based on these factors, so we will try to work with you to correct the situation. However, when pricing is obviously incorrect (i.e. products with a $0 price) then we will cancel your order and inform you. If a product description is grossly inaccurate, we will give you the option of returning the product at no cost to you or give you a rebate on your order.
