We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for all orders over €50 with delivery in Ireland and UK. For orders with delivery in Ireland under €50 there is an €8.00 delivery charge

WHERE DOES CARL SCARPA DELIVER TO?

Carl Scarpa now delivers worldwide.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Our aim is to deliver your Carl Scarpa purchase to you as soon as possible. All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Deliveries can be made to a home or business address but please be aware that when a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.

Please note that items sold will only be delivered to the address specified on your order. If you are not available to receive the delivery a card will be left with further instructions.

We will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible but just in case please allow 3-7 working days (excluding weekend). In the unlikely event that the product selected is not in stock this may take longer but you will be notified.

– Rest of the World orders are delivered by courier.
– European delivery is €20 per order.
– The Rest of the World is €35 per order.

CLICK & COLLECT

It is now possible to collect your order from your nearest Carl Scarpa store. You will be contacted via email to advise of collection time. A list of stores can be found here.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A PARTIAL DELIVERY?

Carl Scarpa does not offer partial delivery at this time. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that all of the items you have ordered are in stock and we will confirm when they are dispatched.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

At Carl Scarpa it is important to us that our customers have received an excellent service. We carefully fulfil each order from our warehouse however if you have received a damaged item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not return the item without first confirming the details of your complaint. Email online@carlscarpa.com with the following details.

– Customer Name
– Order ID
– An accurate description of the problem
– Please provide digital images of your product if applicable

Our Returns department will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

CHANGE OF MIND

At Carl Scarpa we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you change your mind for any reason we can alter or cancel the order up until it is dispatched. From the date goods are received, we offer a 7 day return period for unworn and unmarked purchases. Returns must have original packaging, be in a saleable condition and be accompanied with the receipt. You can return the goods to us and provided they are in the condition they were sold we will organise an exchange or refund (excluding the delivery costs).

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Carl Scarpa at your own expense. You will be emailed once your return has been processed. Your items will then be exchanged (when in stock), your credit card/bank draft refunded.

CAN I RETURN TO MY LOCAL STORE?

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase you can go to a Carl Scarpa store in your area, where one of our staff will be delighted to assist you. For convenience we have included the address of your closest store on your invoice but you can also find a full list of stores here.
