What are my shipping and handling charges?

All online orders are eligible for free shipping to any of our stores. You can choose to pick up your order at any Lane Bryant or Catherines location.
Please allow 4-8 business days for Lane Bryant or Catherines Merchandise
Merchandise not picked up within 28 days of the order date will be returned to our warehouse where the return credit will be processed.International Orders are not eligible for Shipping to a Store.
Whether you shop one brand or both, you’ll pay only one $7.95 flat rate for standard shipping. An order shipped via ground mail will be delivered in 4-8 business days.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx

An order shipped via 2 Business Days will be delivered to most addresses by the end of the second business day if we receive the order before 1:30 pm ET. For example, an order placed on Monday before 1:30 pm ET will be delivered on Wednesday. (Weekend delivery is not available)

If the order is placed after 1:30 pm ET, the order will ship the following business day, and will be delivered by the end of the second business day. For example, an order placed on Monday after 1:30 pm will be delivered on Thursday.

UPS will not deliver a 2 Day Delivery to a PO Box. For PO Box addresses, please select Ground Shipping

An order shipped via UPS Next Day Air will be delivered to most addresses by the end of the next business day if we receive the order before 1:30 pm ET. For example, an order placed on Monday before 1:30 pm ET will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday. (UPS does not deliver on weekends.)

If the order is placed after 1:30 pm ET, the order will ship the following business day, and delivery will be by the end of the next business day. For example, an order placed on Monday after 1:30 pm ET will ship on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday.

UPS will not deliver an Overnight Delivery to a PO Box. For PO Box addresses, please select Ground Shipping.

FREE USPS First-Class Mail® on Gift Card orders. If you order additional items or use Gift Cards to purchase items, stated shipping charges will apply.

An order shipped via First-Class Mail will be delivered in within 8 business days.

Additional Info

Our brands ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and non-continental U.S. addresses. For information on international orders please refer to our International Page.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, PO Box and non-continental U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 14 business days.

  2. Or you can just click here and select the country and currency you would like to shop with.

Once you click the update country and currency button, all pricing will reflect the currency you selected throughout the site and in your shopping bag.

Exchange Rates

Foreign exchange rates are determined by Borderfree and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied to an e-commerce transaction.

Exchange rates are updated on a daily basis. You will receive a message if exchange rates have been updated while you are shopping.

Duties and Taxes

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs, and value-added (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout and can be viewed under ‘Duties & Taxes.’

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. The amount of the applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during Checkout.

Merchandise Exceptions

  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are not available for purchase or redemption on international orders.
  • Please note there are some items that are not eligible for international shipping.
  • The maximum order value for international shipments is $2,500 (USD).
  • Cancelling an Order

Once your order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure to review the details of your order before you check out. If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item(s).

International orders are not eligible for our ship to store program.

Military Addresses: All APO/FPO orders are shipped from the US site.

Shipping internationally from the US: If you’re in the states and want to ship your order overseas, just select your destination and the currency as USD. You’ll then receive a guaranteed order total which you can pay with a US credit card.

Shipping to the US from an international location: If you want to ship to the US from overseas then shop our US site, however, you must pay with a US credit card with a US billing address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a ‘Shipment Confirmation’ email with your order number. Your shipping confirmation email you receive from Borderfree will have the link for you to track you package.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return your Lane Bryant or Catherines merchandise, you may do so within 45 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn and have the original tags when being returned.

Returns will be credited back to your original payment method and shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return Your Merchandise

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 00-1-954-970-2205 or send an email from contact us within 45 days from the date your package shipped.
  2. Ask for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  3. You will be emailed your Return Merchandise Authorization label and directions. Please follow the three steps provided in the email titled Return Merchandise Authorization Received.

Note: Return shipping costs to the international return destination are your responsibility and will be deducted from your return refund. The return will be made at the same exchange rate as the time of purchase, and your refund will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.

How does Ship to Store work?

Our ship to store program provides you a free ground shipping option.  To use our ship to store option, please choose the ‘free ship to store’ that is listed under ‘shipping options’ on the checkout page.

Your order can be delivered to any Lane Bryant or Catherines store and will be there within 4-8 business days. If you aren’t sure if there is a store near you, please use our store locator to determine what stores are nearest to you.

Once you place your ship to store order please make sure to check your emails, as this is how we will be communicating with you about the progress of your order.  You will first receive an order confirmation; once your order ships a shipment confirmation will be sent.  When your order arrives at the store you selected you will receive your “ready for pick-up” email letting you know that your package(s) have arrived at the store.

Your package must be picked up within 28 days of when the order was placed.  If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be sent back to our warehouse. A reminder email will get sent out before the package is shipped back to our warehouse, that will be the final notification you receive.
