We work with multiple carriers to provide you with the quickest, safest and most affordable delivery. Carriers include FedEx, US Mail, and specialized Home Delivery carriers for oversized merchandise . Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

USPS

If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via US Postal Service. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, we will contact you before the order is processed.

Standard Appointment Delivery (Oversized Merchandise only)
A shipper representative will contact you while your order is in transit to schedule a delivery appointment. (Please provide daytime and evening phone numbers where you can be reached.) Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday with a four hour delivery window. (
Special Request** service is available for an additional fee.) A single driver will deliver the merchandise to your front entrance, provided that it is on ground level. If the approach to the entrance requires stairs (second floor or higher, basement), your order will be delivered to the point closest to the entrance that doesn�t require stairs.

** Special Request service is determined when a delivery is requested outside of the standard schedule (8am-5pm M-F). White Glove Appointment Delivery (Oversized Merchandise only)
A shipper representative will contact you while your order is in transit to schedule a delivery appointment.

A team of two drivers will deliver the merchandise to any room at the destination address. Your merchandise will be unpacked and placed anywhere you desire*, and all the debris will be removed.

*Your TV will be carried two flight of stairs if necessary. There will be a $35 fee for each additional flight of stairs.

Appointment Delivery Important Information

TV Inspection
We take every precaution during our shipping preparation process to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Although it’s unusual for oversized merchandise shipped via a special Home Delivery carrier to sustain damage during transit, all merchandise must be inspected prior to signing acceptance. Please inspect the merchandise (NOT the box it came in) for damage. The delivery driver is required to wait while you visually inspect the merchandise for physical damage. Please recognize that shipping cartons do occasionally sustain a little damage during transit. Do NOT refuse the delivery if you only notice damage to the box. Please remove the box and inspect the actual merchandise for physical damage before signing acceptance for the shipment.

It’s very important to notate any noticed damage to the merchandise and/or carton it came in, on the bill of lading (BOL) before signing for it. If the merchandise (NOT the shipping carton) is damaged, please refuse the delivery. If damage was notice after the delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier (800-572-1324) and Buydig.com (800-617-4686) about the damage within 24 hours following the delivery.

We will send a replacement immediately after we receive confirmation from our carrier that the merchandise has been refused, or if notification about the damage was received within 24 hours. item is packaged very well and is able to sustain some abuse during transit.

Attempted or Refused Delivery
An additional $50 fee will be applied if no person is available to sign for and accept the merchandise while a delivery attempt has been made during the scheduled delivery time window. If the delivery for merchandise that is not defective or damaged has been refused, an additional fee will be applied for our cost of shipping and for return delivery (cost depending on the size and weight of the item).
